Supervised the construction, QA/QC, operation, and compliance monitoring of two large surface wastewater treatment systems. Systems consist of two facultative treatment cells, a large storage cell, and spray irrigation fields. Permits issued by ME DEP allow for treatment and spray discharge of up to 1.85 million gallons per week, or up to 57.2 million gallons per season.
